Nicky Moffat CBE, formerly the highest ranking female officer in the British Army, will be share her perspective on the role of strong leadership in driving inclusive change and optimum performance on Wednesday 20th June and, on 21st June, English rugby legend and management pioneer, Sir Clive Woodward OBE, will speak about the key attributes needed to create a winning team on and off the pitch: talent, teachability, pressure and will.
